Delete Your JENDAL Account

JENDAL users can request deletion directly from their account settings in the app, or contact support if they cannot access the app.

How to request deletion

  1. Open the JENDAL app and go to your account settings.
  2. Use the account deletion option if it is available in your settings.
  3. If you cannot access the app, email support@jendal.org from the email address linked to your account.
  4. Include your account email or phone number and use the subject line: JENDAL Account Deletion Request.

What data is deleted

  • Your account profile and login data tied to the account.
  • Notifications, reviews, help requests, seller requests, and reports you submitted.
  • Uploaded media and third-party access tokens tied to your account.
  • Session and authentication-related data tied to your account.
  • If you are a seller, store content linked to your deleted account may also be removed.

What data is kept

  • Orders, purchases, payout records, and payout releases are retained.
  • Purchase numbers and order references remain available because those records are kept.
  • Only records required by law, fraud prevention, security, or audit requirements are kept beyond the deletion request.

Deletion timeline

We process account deletion requests within 30 days. During that period, your account access may be removed from active use while we complete the request and remove the data listed above. Records we keep for legal, security, audit, fraud prevention, or payment history reasons remain available as described above.
