JENDAL works with trusted local riders to coordinate deliveries on your behalf. You choose delivery at checkout and we handle the rest, at cheaper rates than arranging it yourself.
Pickup and handover
For pickup orders, sellers prepare items for collection. Once an item has been collected or handed to a JENDAL delivery rider, responsibility transfers to the delivery coordinator until it reaches you.
Inspect items promptly
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items promptly on delivery and report any issues through JENDAL. If there is a problem with your order, we will sort it out.
